The Verxnosian Armada

The Verxnosian's are a race of genetically altered warriors. So many adaptations have been made to the Verxnosian's original genetic strand that the original race is all but lost with time. The Verxnosian's travel the universe in search of complete domination or the utter extinction of all life aside from themselves. They create genetic alterations of themselves and seed new worlds with those alterations. Where those seeds must prove their might by surviving the test of evolution. Once those seeds make it to intelligence and create their first space fairing ship. They are then added to the armada.

Each breed of the Verxnosian race is specifically designed for a specific task. All Verxnosian's have a signature body shape which in some way is carried over into each breed. Ranging from diggers to all out combat each breed does its respective job perfectly. Much like ants, Verxnosian's not only overwhelm their enemy but also bring forth tech either created by or stolen for the verxnosian race as a whole to rain down destruction and chaos where ever they go.

(i have been working on the verxnosians for over a year. refining and manipulating the basic body shape into over 100 variations and counting. and i am very proud of the idea that allows me to continue to create those variations. if you view each of the verxnosian breeds this same back story is told
