| It is kind of hard to see the edges of my web browser but other then that it looks sweet! I like how some stars twinkle too! | |

| its a gif, it has about 62 frames, just duplicating the first 100% opacity layer about 20 times, put all of them except the first one to invisible, take an eraser, opacity of the eraser to 50%, erase a little bit, and then the set this layer as new frame, (first frame) make the second layer visible, and do the same with eraser, use sheer (makes passage frames) and do that with all the frames | |
