Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong. I went to Silverwing's page today to uprate her creation only the rating hands weren't there. This seems to happen a lot were I'll want to uprate something only to find no uprate or downrate hand and other creations will have them, but then other creations won't. I left a comment on her page but I would like to uprate too since it is an awsome creation.

Hmm... I get the same thing too. It seems that it's another bug. Shocking, right?
