| I'm actually an outcast there but don't ask them they will come after you.I was a downrater once.I tried to redeem myself with the uprater club here but was almost banned.Well my downraters still stand when needed.I kinda order them around still but not to a large extent of downrating.More of helping people. | |

| But we will need to keep it steady.The downraters have their way of helping by downrating other downraters and to help people on MPN but of course we have a method.
1.Downrate everyone
2.Uprate person of choice
3.Down rate everyone 3x except the dude downrate by 1x
4.Uprate dude and change all downrate to uprate. | |
