INTRODUCTION:
Welcome to my book! I know, its about nixys, but if you like it, please comment! I am a very imagentive person, so don't expect this will be bland. I will try to get as many at least three page long chapters that I can a week, but if I skip out one week, then don't blame me. Its hard to write a book. Now, this is based off of many books, so if you get flase-backs while reading this, sorry, but I can't help it. For Crying Out Cat-Hair, this is m first book! The plot is simple. And if you get confused, just PM me. Now, this is manely her for me to write, so heres the rules you haft to fallow in case you give me an idea on the book not thrue PMs:
1. No godmodding. In this case, godmodding means taking over MY story, but I don't mind if you give me spelling corrections.
2. If your gonna post, please don't go off-topic. I know, we ALL do it, but I'm just trying to write, and that takes consetration. So I don't need you messing me up while I write.
3. The best way to give me ideas is to take advantage of PMs. Its easyer on me, you, and my story.

I'm not gonna post my first chapter imedeatly, just let me get my head together. I will take the Microsoft word thing and post what I can off of that, but I'm not saying this will be good.

CHAPTER 1: A NEW LIGHT

It was a stormy morning for the people of Colorado, and most teenagers were enjoying it, because most schools were closed down, but not a very enjoyable morning for Markis Calavet. He was home schooled, and was a very early riser this time of year because it was calf season, and mothers were fat and calves were too and everything was wonderful, for the cattle. Markis had to get up at 3:30 in the morning, get ready by four, do his school work in an hour, and get the cattle up and down the mountain by six into the little valley they called Jackler, and get the cattle to several other places in 3,000 acres of mountains, valleys, and planes, all by six o'clock in the evening. Down by the river in the valley, Markis was taking a shower in the waterfall because this morning there was no time for one, but as he was, he didn't feel alone for some reason, like something was watching him. He looked to his side, to find nothing there, he turned to the other, and yet there was nothing. He continued his shower, but after a disturbance in the trees and bushes, he quickly put on his clothes and headed up a cliff on his horse to a vantage point so he could see the valley clearer, but as he scanned the valley, he found nothing. "There!" He whispered as he saw a wolf run up and down some cliffs over on the other side of the valley.

Very descriptive and narrative type.But it lacks of the stylish elaboration and has quite a repetitive pattern of description.Story is interesting and idea is good.

Excuse me? MY STORY! You go make your own. Grr! I don't mean to be sensitive, but this is my FIRST book, and its still in the making. So can I continue? Ok, here I go:

But as he looked closer, he saw that this was no normal wolf, this was a white wolf, an albino in fact. "That would make a great skin to show off to Bradly over the fireplace," he told himself. "If only I could catch it." He then thought of the short cut he found last week that seemed to be heading the same way the wolf was going, he knew that would come in use some day! He thought about the cattle though, and how they couldn't make it to the pasture of lush, green grass without his direction. But they could make it, couldn't they? He thought about it a minute, and then looked at his watch. 3:40! He needed to to get the cattle over to the next valley in a hurry, and they wouldn't be to happy about leaving Jackler anyway, and that would add to the difficulty to getting them over there too. He couldn't do both of them at the same time, or could he?

I like to fight guys too. But they always say no by saying something like: "No way, I'm not going to fight, a girl." I hate it when they do that. They just don't like it that were the same age and I'm bigger and stronger.

He looked at the white wolf again, and it seemed to be taunting him, running back and forth looking at him with big, cunning eyes beckoning him for a chase. "Sorry, girls," he said and ran down the cliff racing against time. As he got halfway down the cliff, he started to crack his whip, and immediate changes in the herd were noticed by Markis. He was down the side of the valley and galloping at full speed trying to get the cattle to go the way he wanted them too. He started to encircle them into a moving position, and started to crack his whip at the cows. A few started into a trot, or something like it, but soon stopped knowing that the rest of the herd was not following. "If I can just get enough to start running, then the rest will follow." He told himself, and continued his endeavor. With one final crack to the ceester on the lead cow, they started to run the wrong way, the same way they came. "Sorry, girls, I know you wanna go home, but we can't!" He shouted as he galloped to catch up with the herd. He looked at the wolf, thinking it was already gone. But surprisingly, it was still there, patiently waiting for him to get done with his business. he smiled with content and put his attention back on the herd. He came up to the middle of the mass of cattle where the girth of the herd was largest, and with a quick glance, speeded on to catch up with the lead cow. As soon as he got to it, he saw the cow look at him in a way that could almost be described as saying, "There is no was your stopping me!! Hehehehehe!!" Doubtlessly ignoring the comment, Markis galloped to the front of the herd to cut off the rest of the herd from the lead cow. Markis slowly position himself so that he could trap the lead cow to a halt. "Steady, steady,... NOW!" He pulled the horse to a stop and put the herd to a halt, and then giving the lead cow a wack to the ceester set the herd on their way to the next pasture, leading them down the trailinto the next valley. "Now, that wolf..." he said with a pant in his breath. He looked back up at the ridge to see the wolf playing with his tail. Then it saw Markis and stood up playfully waiting to see Markis run up the cliff to fallow it. Markis smiled and galloped to the ridge, and the wolf ran to the small crevasse in the mountain. Now how am I gonna get up there? He studied the walls of the valley for a moment and saw a crevasse of his own. He started up the cliffs and went thru the crevasse to find the wolf standing only a few yards from him. At that he took out his 22. He aimed for the neck but as soon as he tool a shot, even thought it had sat there patiently waiting for him to put a bullet in the sucker, it just vanished. He looked around for a moment and then saw it running down the mountain into a plain of of hills and trees. He fallowed in high pursuit of the wolf. As the time went by, he didn't know where he was surprisingly, although he had been on every trail in the 3,000 acres of hills and mountains. As the minutes passed by he found it harder and harder to chase the wolf, for it was so fast. At last the wold trapped itself in a cave. "I have you now," he whispered as he slowly and carefully walked thru the cave, knowing wolves had a tendency to attack out of the blue when cornered like they come from evil spirits. As he rounded the corner, he saw the wolf, but it wasn't just sitting like it was last time....

It was standing on an elevated platform, but it wasn't that elevated, just a little bit off the ground. There was an arch-like ring before it, and it had symbols of all kinds engraved on it. As it put its paws in small rings engraved on the platform, they raised and where sustained by nothing but air. At this point Markis mouth was dropped and hanging. He saw the arch spin in a fantastic way that only made his mouth drop even more. After that, the wolf walked thru the arch, pixilated and dissapeared, again. "You May Come," called a loud, calm voice. Markis tilted his head with wide, unbelieving eyes. Now, he thought.If I can just run for the horse, and instead of getting on her the old fashion way, I can jump on her from behind like Link and Epona and she'll bolt. With that, he ran for his horse, jumped on it like "Link", and galloped all the way out of the cave. "Don't worry, I won't leave just yet." Said the same, loud, calm voice. All Markis could do was just run.
